You'll spend time on the following:

• Assist in various stages of the production process, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Operate and maintain production equipment, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and optimize production efficiency.
• Monitor production lines to ensure consistent quality and output, identifying and reporting any issues.
• Help with inventory management, including tracking materials and supplies.
• Conduct routine quality checks and assist in troubleshooting production problems.
• Support documentation and reporting related to production metrics and processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating production machinery and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and capable of standing for extended periods.
• Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• You have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• You can read and interpret technical drawings and patterns
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills

• You can work independently and as part of a team

• You have prior experience as an industrial or in a manufacturing environment
• You have experience working in a startup or an agri-business
• Class 3 or 1 permit
• Bilingual (English/French)
